Logometrix is an integrated system that allows Local Government Authorities to maximise service delivery of their community facilities. Logometrix is designed to evaluate and enhance facility performance in the areas of service delivery, community satisfaction, physical functionality, utilization, cost and environmental performance.

About Us

Logometrix is the result of a R&D program undertaken by the Institute for Social Research at Swinburne University (Australia), UNITEC (NZ), and a group of Victorian Local Government Authorities. The program originally sought to identify suitable systems to improve service delivery to the community using the facilities owned and operated by councils. As no effective single solution was available, an innovative new approach was evolved. The highly successful product of the research was commercialised and is now managed through Logometrix Pty Ltd. A distributor has been appointed to handle direct sales and associated services.

Awards

In 2002, Logometrix received the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Award for Best Paper on FM Innovation at the International Council for Research and Innovation in Building & Construction (CIB) Global Symposium in Glasgow.

In 2002 Logometrix also won the Emerald Publishers & Facilities Journal Award for Best Paper on Facilities Management and Asset Maintenance.
