Logometrix is the result of a R&D program undertaken by the Institute for Social Research at Swinburne University(Australia), UNITEC (NZ), and a group of Victorian Local Government Authorities. The program originally sought to identify suitable systems to improve service delivery to the community using the facilities owned and operated by councils. As no effective single solution was available, an innovative new approach was evolved. The highly successful product of the research was commercialised and is now managed through Logometrix Pty Ltd. A distributor has been appointed to handle direct sales and associated services.
